In an era where the global body of Christ faces unprecedented fragmentation and shifting secular regulations, the Founder and Scribe of the Global Altar Impact Alliance (GAIA) issues a critical clarion call to believers worldwide: It is time to Fallback to the Foundation.

The Scribe informs the faithful that the Global Altar Impact Alliance (GAIA) is the designated body prepared to unite the fractured body of Christ under a singular, immutable banner. We are returning to the ancient landmarks of our mandate:

The 1994 Vision: The foundational spark of our global impact.

The Psalm 22:27-28 Mandate: "All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord... For the kingdom is the Lord’s: and he is the governor among the nations."

The Isaiah 2:2 Directive: "And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains... and all nations shall flow unto it."

GAIA is not merely an organization; it is the Altar where the unity of the Spirit meets the precision of Kingdom Governance. We invite all who seek the true "Covenant of Truth" to align with this move.



🔶 EDITORIAL: THE EMERGENCE OF THE EXALTARY
Following the recent Federal Government of Nigeria directive regarding diplomatic titles, Exaltus Academy hereby formally retires the title of "Ambassador." We do not borrow from the world; we build from the Word.

We introduce: The Exaltary (EXT.):

The Exaltary is a Missionary Elect, commissioned to Exaltarize the earth. While our Watchers (Tier 1 & 2) maintain the 8-cycle intercessory pillars, the Exaltary Corps is deployed as the mobile impact arm of GAIA. This is our unique identity—carved out of the Academy, forged for the field.



🔶 GLOBAL CHRISTIAN GAZETTE: APRIL 2026 ROUNDUP

1)    Geneva: A Search for Unity Amidst Suffering
On April 15, 2026, leaders from 25 countries gathered in Geneva to address global humanitarian needs. While secular organizations struggle with "humanitarian diplomacy," the Exaltary Corps recognizes that true relief only comes through the establishment of the Lord’s Altar in every nation. GAIA’s Covenant of Mercy is positioned as the only sustainable solution, transcending bureaucratic negotiations and offering spiritual governance.

2)    Nigeria: The Persecution Alert
Reports from EWTN and regional leaders confirm that the "Quiet Persecution" has intensified. Following Easter Sunday attacks that claimed 54 lives, the call for a "National Reset" and spiritual unity has never been louder. GAIA stands as the shelter and the strategy for believers in these volatile zones, declaring that persecution cannot silence the Covenant of Truth.

3)   The Holy Land: A Divided Peace
As Orthodox communities prepare for Palm Sunday (April 25), Jerusalem remains under the shadow of regional tension. The "Covenant of Mercy" remains our primary tool for supporting the hungry and the poor in these displacement zones. GAIA’s Exaltary Corps is prepared to stand as a living witness that peace is not negotiated—it is decreed from the Mountain of the Lord.

4)   Asia-Pacific: The Hidden Fires
Underground church networks in China and Southeast Asia continue to grow despite surveillance and suppression. GAIA’s Digital Stone serves as a lifeline, connecting believers across borders and ensuring that the Exaltary Corps can mobilize spiritual liberty where political freedom is denied.

5)    Europe: Liberty vs. Secular Governance
The European Union debates intensify over religious freedom versus secular regulation. GAIA’s Exaltary Corps declares that spiritual liberty cannot be legislated away. The Covenant of Truth is immutable, and the Mountain of the Lord rises above shifting political landscapes.

6).   South America: Grassroots Awakenings
Revival movements in Brazil and Argentina are surging, with believers gathering in unprecedented numbers. GAIA’s Covenant of Mercy aligns with these grassroots awakenings, ensuring that the Exaltary Corps is present to guide, nurture, and establish the Altar in every assembly.

Character B (A local shopkeeper): "They don't look like politicians. Look at the insignia—it says 'EXT.' They have a different kind of authority."

The Exaltary (Smiling, holding up the Word): "We are the Exaltary Corps of GAIA. We aren't here for diplomatic immunity; we are here for your spiritual liberty. The Mountain of the Lord is being established!"



🔶 THE COMMISSIONING DECREE OF THE EXALTARY CORPS
This is not an ordinary prayer; it is a decree of commissioning:

By the authority of the Covenant of Truth, we hereby commission the Exaltary Corps (EXT) as Heaven’s emissaries on earth. You are not diplomats of nations, but heralds of the Kingdom. Your insignia is not borrowed from politics, but forged in the Word. From Lagos to New York, from Geneva to Jerusalem, from Beijing to São Paulo—you march as carriers of Shekinah Resonance. The Green upon you is the harvest of souls, the White upon you is the immutable Truth. Go forth, Exaltaries, for the Mountain of the Lord is established, and the nations shall flow unto it.
